New bank account

If you have made a new bank account for your business, make sure you have updated the information with both

  1. Quickpay
  2. Clearhaus

The billing part with Quickpay

If you recieve a new card for the new bank account, then you need to make sure that it is the right card, that you have setup under billing in the Quickpay account.

You can update the card under settings > billing > press update card.

Then the billing will be drawn as usual.

Payouts

If you have a new bank account, it is importent that you give that information to Clearhaus.

This is how you provide Clearhaus with the new bank account information

To change the bank account for your payouts from Clearhaus, send an email to: support@clearhaus.com.

Info in the email must be:
