Administrative TOF

Swedbank, Bambora and Handelsbanken are not supported directly through Quickpay.

It is still possible to use these acquirers though. To do so you will need an administrative TOF number.

By using an administrative TOF number, the payments actually go through Nets, before they end up at the actual acquirer.

Setting up a administrative TOF number in the Quickpay Manager

Swedbank, Bambora and Handelsbanken have paid Nets to let them use their technical platform, which is why the transactions need to pass by Nets. There is no extra fee for using this.

To obtain the administrative TOF number, you need to contact your acquirer, and they will then contact Nets and have the TOF number setup.

The TOF-number needs to be entered into the Quickpay manager under Settings > Acquirer > Your acquirer in the field called “Terminal operator business number (TOF) - via Nets”

Your business number from your own acquirer needs to be entered into the field “International business number”

If you already have an agreement with Nets regarding dankort, the administrative TOF number can be connected to that agreement.

Lastly - make a test purchase to make sure everything works.
