Split payments
Quickpay support split payments when using Dankort.
Split payments means you can capture a transaction in more than one go. An example could be if a customer order more than one item where one is not in store.
Using split payments you can send the items in store and capture the price of these and when rest is is store and send you can capture the remaining.
You find the option to enable split payments in the manager browsing Settings -> Acquirer:
There is no limit of how many captures you can make with split payment. It is important to remember to "close" it right when the order is done. (eg. if the last items of an order are cancelled and you do not capture the full amount)
Using the manager for capturing there will be a small checkbox you will have to check on if it is the last capture on the order.
Using the API for capturing you will have to use the following finalize=1
Split payment can have the following statuses:
- 0: non split
- 1: active
- 2: finalized
