Refund money from the Quickpay manager

If you wish to refund an already captured payment this can be done using the manager.

When you are logged in on the manager, browse to captured transactions or search for the order.

When you found the desired order, you need to click the green icon with the orange arrow in the right side Refund this transaction. In the popup you then write the amount you want to refund and click OK.

You can not refund more than the original amount captured.

Only one refund pr transaction can be done. If you need to refund more than once, you have to transfer using either netbank or something simular.
