Integration to e-conomic

If you use the economicsystem e-conomic then you can offer your customers to pay thier invoices online using quickpay.

When you send your customers an invoice from e-conomic, they receive a guide and a link where they will be able to pay the invoice using creditcard.

The only requirement are you have an account for e-conomic as well as quickpay. No ekstra cost and rather easy setup.

How Quickpay works in coperation with e-conomic

When you open a mail-invoice from e-conomic there will be a link, that direct the customer to Quickpay payment window. Quickpay will automatic get the relevant information for the invoice from e-conomic (eg. invoice ID, amount, and more).

You will be able to receive an e-mail when the customers have paid an invoice.

Advantages by using creditcard payment

In our experience the "payment rate" will increase with more payment methods. Creditcard payments are not supposed to be a replacement for other payment methods but more as an additional method.

It will also be a more safe way to pay for your customers than eg. regular bank transfer.

Setup in Quickpay

Within the Quickpay manager you need to setup your e-conomic settings. This is done manual in the menu "Settings" -> "e-conomic invoice".

The first step are to ensure you have access to the module API in e-conomic.

This are done in e-conomic in "Settings" -> "Additional modules". Wing on the "access" box.

Now the basics are done the last thing is to add a link in the mail to the customers. In the text you need to add folling link:

https://secure.quickpay.dk/economic/pay.php?merchant=XXX&invoice=[InvoiceID]

Remember to replace "xxx" with your QuickpayId. If you do not know your QuickpayID you can find it in the Quickpay manager in "Settings" -> "Merchant".

Now all is set and it should be ready to work. We recommend you try send yourself a test invoice to ensure it all works.
