What does "Ordernumber already used" mean?

If you get the error "Order Number already used", it is because you try to reuse an order number. An order number must be unique.

An order number is considered to be used / reserved when a card holder visits the Quickpay payment window - even if the transaction is not completed. It is possible for the card holder to close the payment window and later return and then reuse the same order numer. But if the card holder returns using a new IP address he may get this "Order Number already used" error message.

Order number must be unique, be at least 4 characters and maximum 20 characters. It must contain the characters a-z A-Z and 0-9.
