I have some failed transactions, can I see why?
If you encounter that some tranactions ends up in Failed transactions in the Quickpay-manager and you want to know why. First you must find order number or transactionid. All transactions is given a order number and transactionid, when a customer has tried to pay in the payment window. These informations can be stored if you use callbackurl (callbackurl also holds information why the transaction is failed).
When you have found the transaction, just click for details to view the reason for rejection. A reason could be:
Gateway status: 001 (Rejected by Acquirer)
Gateway message: Failed
Acquirer: Pbs
Acquirer status: 100 (Do not honour)
In this case it is Nets (former PBS) that rejects the transaction and you must contact them for more information. In general it is always the acquirer you must contact, when Gateway status is 001 (Rejected by Acquirer).
