How can I cancel a reservation on a customers credit card?
Quickpay can't cancel a reservation on a credit card.
Nets has informed us that the customer must contact his bank and ask them to contact Nets and ask them to cancel the reservation. Then, maybe, Nets can cancel the reservation.
A reservation will automatically expire after 30 days.
